Maui Jewish Weddings

Your Maui Jewish wedding ceremony is an opportunity to step into a profound moment and create memories for a lifetime. Even though all that’s needed for a Jewish wedding is the exchange of an object of value, centuries of Jewish tradition have led to the creation of many thoughtful rituals to make this moment memorable and meaningful - the crunch of the glass is only the beginning.

A Maui Jewish wedding provides the opportunity to celebrate these rituals in an incredibly beautiful setting. I will listen to your vision and be your guide to create a ceremony that is perfect for you. Along with traditional rituals, I can also work with you to create your own.

You may choose to have your ceremony on the beach, at the synagogue, on top of a volcano or at a world-class Maui venue. We can keep it small and work together for a simple ceremony, or I am available to consult with your wedding planner.

Before moving to Maui, I served as a Spiritual Leader at Kehilla Community Synagogue in Piedmont, CA for over 15 years. Moving to Maui inspired me to continue my Jewish education and become a rabbi. I was ordained by JSLI which is not affiliated with any particular stream of Judaism. This creates openness for us to collaborate and create a ceremony that is authentic to you. I often work with people who identify themselves as cultural Jews or ‘spiritual but not religious.’ Most important for me is that our process of designing the ceremony, and the day itself, is profound, meaningful, and joyous.
